These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made on pcrefreshworld.com, operated by PC Refresh Inc.. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

• ●All products are refurbished unless clearly stated otherwise. Each listing shows its condition grade.
• ●We describe every product as accurately as we can. Photos show the model; small cosmetic differences between units are possible within the stated condition grade.
• ●Availability can change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll contact you and issue a full refund.

• ●All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
• ●Orders are processed only after payment is received and confirmed.
• ●If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
• ●We may cancel or refuse an order if we suspect fraud or a payment problem.

• ●Shipping is free on every order. Processing and delivery times are explained in our Shipping Policy.

• ●Every computer includes a 1-year warranty and can be returned for a refund within 1 year of delivery. Returns and warranty claims follow our Return & Warranty Policy and require an RMA number.

• ●Provide accurate contact and shipping information.
• ●Back up your data before returning or sending any device for service.
• ●Use products according to the manufacturer's guidelines.

• ●PC Refresh Inc. is not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
• ●Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product.
• ●Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you.

• ●Text, images and logos on this website belong to PC Refresh World or are used with permission. Brand names such as Dell, HP and Lenovo belong to their owners.

• ●These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

• ●We may update these terms. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
